We stayed there overnight for my dogs vet appointment early the next morning. You accepted my dog that was cool. The pool and hot tub was nice. Now to the room. We wanted 2 queen size beds if they were queen they were very very small, It was like sleeping on cardboard. The water pressure is horrible and I'm assuming that's why the shower was so unbelievably slippery due to the workers not being able to get cleaning chemicals out completely. Ok for an overnight stay.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and all the staff was amazing. The guy at front desk when we checked in went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel visiting Aurora.

It was excellent bc for the price it was outstanding. The man who checked us on was helpful and I can’t tell you the last time I was checked on to make sure everything was ok and when I said I’d be down for more towels and a blanket they were delivered in under 5 minutes. Breakfast was good early the second morning I ate later and we’ll early bird gets the worm. Great job Best Western. You can spend a lot more money in the Denver area and it will not be this clean and quiet. 👋👋

after receiving a response from the owner, I've found that this company does not handle things professionally or respectfully. saying to me "we're sorry YOU didn't know this" is very unprofessional. Like I stated I my previous review, we've stayed at other hotels and have never run into this problem. We even found another hotel to stay at that accepted us at our age. If it was an "industry standard" this would have been something we would have known. All it takes is one quick Google, and it will say that 18 is okay. I can send a picture if you want, because even the simplest thing seems too hard for this owner. The negative review was because needing to be 21 is stated no where on the website, especially before you book it, and it should be. adding onto the fact that the owner saying "you need to be 25 to rent a car" was completely unrelated and is also very disrespectful as the owner is insinuating that I wouldn't know that just because I didn't know THEIR specific age policy. just based on customer service alone I would not recommend that anyone should stay here. they have no respect or professionalism.
