Neilson florist will be my forever go to. We had flowers delivered to us with no name. I called to find out the sender so that we could thank them before going out of town. The Neilson employee caught my comment that we were leaving that day and was sad we wouldn’t get to enjoy the flowers. I ensured her I would gift them to a friend. She asked when we were returning. Today a new arrangement arrived WOW! 1000% customer service.

horrible I sent flowers to my mom and when my mom sent me a picture of the flowers it was horrible they weren't at all the flowers I ordered and they were all wilted and ugly my poor mother just said shouldn't have spent my money on that but I just wanted give him a surprise.

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered at the restaurant he was taking me to. What a wonderful surprise to go to our table & see flowers on our table! They were beautiful! A beautiful view, with beautiful flowers!
