I rented a $18.95 trailer, I was asked if I wanted insurance for $8, so I expected a bill for $24.95. When I returned the trailer, they were busy and told me the final receipt will be in my email. When the email came the final bill was $59.42. Tried to call the store, they don't answer. Check a printed copy of your receipt before you leave. They display "daily rates", but then charge you by the hour. Very dishonest.

Fantastic service. Everyone was so nice and kind and “neighborly”. Didn’t catch the older gentleman’s name but he definitely deserves a raise and a nice vacation!! We did get here a little before opening to make sure we were first in line since we were on a time crunch.

The new manager John was instrumental in my successful move. I couldn't have had a better experience. He was knowledgeable and accommodating to the best of his ability, and it was a great comfort to know that he had my back. This store has a customer-first policy and it really made my day. Shedrick Johnson has no business to be in customer service business. I have traversed length and breadth of this great country and hands down, this is the worst customer service anyone can ever receive. If you want to wait for hours and then get yelled at, go to this place. Read the reviews and take your business to another U-Haul The comment above is all true. He was extremely rude to my mother in law and called her a liar because he served other customers and she was there first and he said she was lying to him. This seems like a repeating pattern, please someone in corporate get him a training in customer service.
