The shipment was sent from Canada, BC, supposed to be delivered to North Bend, WA. Package ended in Salt Lake City. We were lied how delivery to North Bend failed because no one was there to receive the package. Complete lie because customer worked from home and was waiting for the phone call to schedule delivery. They simply sent the thing to completely wrong city out of state. No one cared to share the truth, or apologized. There are a cost associated with the project ( package is a door, what is holding completion of the project). I am loosing money just because of one stupid mistake. Will highly recommend to brokers and shippers to avoid using Old Dominion services. Very unprofessional.

I ship with a lot of different companies, 1st time I used these guys and it was the worst customer service I've ever gotten. I paid double to get my delivery in two days/early am. Which for them that means they don't count Friday (the day it was picked up), the weekend, and "am" means "when they can get to it". the shipment arrived in my city at 7:30 am so I even sent 2 employees over to their facility pick it up and they STILL wouldn't help them until they were done getting their own trucks out at 11...Horrible customer service!!! by the way this is a small package that takes all of 3 min. to load up.
