You really do take customer service to a new level...Accommodating request to move, change units, offer assistance, lend a broom, find the best deals in multiple monthly rates, Is over the top..I really do appreciate your knowledge and expertise in yall do! Had a really great experience so far booking my storage unit with Guardian Storage. Katie & Wes at the front desk were super helpful and wonderfully friendly and inviting. Katie gave me a tour of the facility and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, make sure I got a great spot, and a good deal. Thank you both!

The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me with everything I needed- including helping backup my car into the storage unit and unplug my battery. I will 100% be using guardian storage boulder for all of my future needs. Wes and miss Tammy are the best!

Back from Italy, after 3 years of pandemic, I have found all new people at the storage. Everyone has been courteous and efficient, particularly I want to mention Tammy at the front desk, John, who seems always available, and Wes, who helped my son, when he lost the keys. These employees are a good presence for the costumer and a real asset for the company. One thing that would be good to have on the premises is a garbage container.
