Will this library ever be open to the public again? Where is the sense of urgency? It is almost like they're using the pandemic as an excuse to keep poor people -- who need the library the most -- out.

Plenty of great resources here, but there are cleanliness issues throughout the library that need to be addressed. Worst is the bathrooms. They reek like old urine, always. Especially the 1st and 2nd floors, the smell is intolerable. 2nd floor computer area needs more frequent vacuuming and wiping down of computer desks/keyboards. I used a private study room recently, it was fine but had no ventilation and so it kind of stunk like locker room B.O. in there. Also would be nice if we got upgrades to some of the chairs. Most are uncomfortable. Especially those ancient wood chairs... Edit: I appreciate the reply to my review. I'm glad to hear there was deep cleaning scheduled over spring break! Hope the library stays at a higher level of cleanliness from now on.
