I lived at Crown Colony for three years, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was my first apartment I was renting on my own, and I was nervous due to my previous experiences with renting, but everyone in the office (Cindy, Mindy, and Chris) were so easy to work with. They are transparent with the policies and expectations, and never once did they go back on their word. Even with the complex being right next to the highway, I never had any issues with noise. The community is welcoming and easy going. If I ever have the need to come back and live in Topeka, Crown Colony will be at the top of my list.

I’ve lived in Crown Colony for 2 years so I have a pretty good idea of exactly what this place is by now. With that said, CC is fantastic. Not only is it a nice apartment without any noise coming through walls, the management is amazing. Cindy, Mindy, and Chris really make the place shine. I had internet issues that were resolved by them not giving up and forcing Cox to correct the issues after Cox would do nothing. They are very fair, kind, and accommodating management. Be nice to them.

I would highly recommend living in Crown Colony Apartments. I lived in two apartments within the Crown Colony community and both were very well-taken care of and clean. The office staff is incredible! I had to suddenly break my lease early and they worked so hard to make sure my apartment was filled as quickly as possible so I wouldn't be charged additional rent. The community is quiet and respectful and in a great location. Very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. I have no complaints about my time at Crown Colony and would recommend this community to anyone.

I lived at Crown Colony for a little over a year and a half. This is probably one of the best (if not the best) apartments I've lived in. I lived in two different units, and they were both clean and in good working order. The complex overall is very quiet, and I rarely heard noise from my neighbors. Maintenance was quick to respond to any calls. I love that the apartment complex is dog friendly - but be aware they have strict policies about animal droppings. If you clean up after your dog anyway, it's not an issue and I appreciated that the premises was clean because of the rules. They have a cute little dog park on the property. The pool is also very nice. The office staff is great, they are all kind people and always worked with me if I had any issues. Definitely an all around great place to live, and in a safe area of town.
