17 min to be acknowledged at drive through, took my order and said hold on for a minute. 5 more minutes went by and I asked if they had gotten my order. They said they didn't know anyone was there. I gave them my order again. There was a huge line behind me and no one in front of me. Fries were not cooked all the way and had no seasoning.

Isaiah is the most rude, disrespectful, childish employee ive ever met. He comes out to lobby and because someone left trash out he told the whole lobby he ain't your maid to clean yall dang trash up. Then a customer said something back and he running his mouth to them starting conflict. All while managers sit watching this all happen not saying a word and laughing. This isn't the only issue displayed by Isaiah at this location. Something needs to be done.

Waited in line far too long I was the third car 15 minute wait. Got my order ask for tomatoes on my sandwich the tomatoes were so thin you didn't even know it was a tomato. Then the young lady at the window never put straw nor napkins in the bag I drove off. I should have checked the bag before driving off and that's my fault. One thing for certain I would not visit this Burger King again.

This Burger King just opened after its renovation. Ot looks great! Its clean, open, lots of space, the new furniture looks great. I really like. They have cheesy tots and tacos. They have breakfast, the french toast sticks are my favorite. You should visit them the drive through is fast and everyone is always pleasant. Thanks for another great visit.
