I've come here a few times during the pandemic. I understand what restaurants and other stores are going through with staffing but my last visit was pretty bad. The restaurant was empty and I guess my server had a lot of other guests. But it was hard to get her attention. My Whisky sampler was just ok. It was a little more than warm. Not sure if it was waiting on the pickup counter for a while. My friend did not enjoy her pasta and didn't even want to send it back. Just ended up throwing it out.

Haven't been to this restaurant in 5 years! It was just like I remembered it with some improvements. My waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. She was able to give some recommendations on their sides and help me narrow down my meal. Their drink menu also has been revamped and the drink I chose did not disappoint. Looking for variety and a good bang for your buck? Go here!

Food was good and hot but the portions where small even to me a person that does not eat very much. Drinks were good. Parking free and plentiful, wait staff was so cool and helpful, our large party was quickly accommodated. Clean environment. I have not been to Friday's in years but I will be going back soon...let's talk about the salmon...very flavorful...I didn't have to add anything to it, the smoked flavor was spot on and not to overwhelming. The broccoli was nicely flavored as well and do not leave without getting the mashed potatoes they are so good I think they made then with Jesus tears as a major ingredient.

We visited this location twice in the time we were in Charlotte. It is extremely convenient being in the same space(a parking lot apart), for folks staying at the hotel. This place needs some help, in all aspects. I realize with Covid that many places lost staff. The first night we went was a disaster. It took 30 minutes to get seated, then the waitress took our drink order, after at least 15+minutes of waiting at our table. More than once, it took over 20 minutes to get the drinks to our table. One time, we never even got the drinks we ordered. The waitress disappeared after we got our food. I stopped another waitress because it had been over 30 minutes and no waitress. We were informed that the waitress was MIA!!!! This was not only a shocker but a serious breakdown in customer service. Out of convenience we visited the next night to get dessert and drinks. Guess who waited on us? The waitress that ghosted us the night before. I was blown away that one, the management even let her back in the building and two, she had the nerve to even face us. The experience was different this night but honestly it is harder to mess up dessert. I would truly use caution in coming here as the experience can be horrible or nominal.

I honestly wouldn't have wanted any silverware anyway. They don't wash their utensils good
They check your temperature at arrival and you're seated every other booth/table no bar seating. Well, at least the side I sat on bar seating was not available
