The doctor didn't even give me time to explain my conditions and pains he was in and out less than 1 minute i think he's just there to make the most amount of money while i was trying to tell him more about my pains he was already walking out told me to follow to the desk and make another appointment to see him again in 2 weeks!!!!???

This place is the worst. It's impossible to reach the office when calling. They never call back. Referrals are made but not sent. Using the patient portal is a joke. There's no useful information in it. The reason why you are there is not noted anywhere in it. I left a message for the PA and have not heard back. The MAs there do not tell the PA why you are there. There is no documentation happening in the room when they are doing the intake. They have you fill in the visit form but they don't even look at it. I don't understand how people that are there to help you with your medical needs don't care.

This office has canceled my daughter's new patient appointment 4 times. This is honestly the most unprofessional service we have ever received from a medical practice. They call same day every time to cancel. Never more than 24 hours before the appointment. We actually just received a cancelation call at 8pm in the evening. My daughter has a serious health issues that needs to be addressed, yet she is unable to see a provider because they keep canceling. When they cancel, they never have any availability sooner than a week away. They offered urgent care but this medical issue needs to be addressed by a primary care physician and requires follow up.

I like the doctors work over here but the other staff specially ladies at front desk are very rude, they should learn some hospitality. Other thing if you have a appointment and you are at time you have to wait until all the people who sign in before you got seen even if there appointment is after you. It should be first come first serve if they can’t respect appointments.
