I went to my UHC site but my case was Urgent so they sent me to UHC Urgent Care on bullard. I been here since 12pm my appt was at 12:45pm. it is currently 5:00pm still have not been seen they keep telling me im next .these ppl dont care about their patients. Ppl doing walkins r being seen b4 me and i have an appt. I like my site on minewawa but this UHC Urgent care is not professional. If i could id do a negative star. I will not be coming to this site again .1st time i came inApril 2022 they made me wait in the car and do an over the phone appt call.i had a very swollen throat/neck so what he told me was to wash my mouth with gargle they never checked correctly of course its over the phone. . i found out by another dr. That same week.at an ER that I have an autoimmune diseasethats y i had a swollen throat /neck.

I have a disabled brother that uses a Walker, I had to take him to the ER by ambulance. He has a broken ankle and I need a referral to an orthopedic but this clinic won’t do a phone appointment and he can’t walk or put any pressure on it. He can’t use crutches and I can’t get him into a wheelchair.

It’s supposed to be an “urgent care” and they had me waiting 3 hours to even be called. The receptionist kept telling me I was next for over an hour as they are calling people that just walked in to the back. 100% don’t recommend they will have you sit there and waist your time if you don’t make an appointment. They should take urgent off of their name if that’s not what they are.

If you have an appt at 1pm you won’t go in until 1:30 pm if you take your lunch then why have your appt at 1pm irresponsible! & Dr Michelle is rude from urgent care!!
