This is pretty much a guess. If you have your own doctor he or she can order tests. If you don't have your own doctor you could go to a walk-in clinic. If you are on limited income Fresno County has sliding scale clinics. I am not familiar with Huntington's Disease to know if it is diagnosed with a blood test or if it requires X-rays or other tests.
