If you make an appointment and stick to it, the wait time is usually reasonable. I have NEVER in 5 years had a problem with the receptionist Betsy, she has always been very nice and professional to me, and the care i received there has always been great. No complaints in 5+ years.

I will never go to this location to see Lynn Hale again. Things were going great until she broke my confidence in her by disclosing information to someone who wasn’t authorized

Whoever the receptionist is (I believe her name is Betsy) should be fired! Absolutely hateful and has an awful attitude! The least helpful receptionist I have ever come into contact with at any place of business.

Dont even bother going here if you have to be properly medicated, they took me off 2 of my important meds ive been on for over 5 years! And ive never been worse.. i am diagnosed with Paranoid Schizeophrenia, Deep Depression, Social Anxiety and ADHD, yet they felt the need to wreck my perfect combination I've spent years + lots of money to figure out, ever since going there i haven't been able to leave my room without panic attacks, I don't have motivation anymore, I can't function or think, I can't show emotion or even pick up anyone else's emotions, i am suicidal and psychotic, I don't know what's happening around me and I'm scared this is going to get worse, I have lost my girlfriend because of avita, and i Moved to another damn country for that girl! Not only did I lose her, I've lost my programming job and what's worse is I can't even write a damn line of code anymore because my brain is so foggy, I can't hold onto a thought for more than a few minutes. My medications were there for a reason and I even supplied a report from my psych in Australia stating I've been taking these meds for 5+ years and need them to function, stay stable and hopefully recover. But no avita does not care about your well being, they don't care about what you need and they certainly don't care if your life goes in the crapper, if they did then they would prescribe medication that work, and be more helpful. if you like the place then obviously you don't have a true mental illness and background! Say something nice about them when you take 6+ pills a day, monthly blood tests for medication toxicity, check ups every week, have a psychosis team on stand by, have all dangerous items removed from your proximity, have a carer close by, have to be put on permanent international disability support because you can't work a real job outside or with people. It's absolutely disgusting you guys have really messed me up, I can't wait to get back to Australia where we treat our mental illness patients properly!

Questions & Answers

What would the sliding scale minimum be if the person had no income?

If you can provide proof of no income (through the Department of Labor), there would be no cost to you for services. When you go to the Department of Labor, just let them know you need proof of income & they can pull a report that indicate that no taxes were taken out & that is the proof you would bring with you to your initial appointment. Thank you!

Does a vita still take Medicare and Medicaid?

We accept Medicaid, but we are not able to accept new patients with Medicare at this time. If a person has both insurances, Medicare is primary & would be filed first, so we wouldn't be able to accept that insurance. Thank you,
