We had a delicious meal and great experience as we always do with Ruth’s Chris. This was our first time to one in Charlotte. Our waiter Brian was friendly, prompt, and kind. He recommended the brussel sprouts for a new side to try and w e thought they were delicious. We hope to have him for a waiter next time. We ordered 2 filets, a wedge salad, the sweet potato casserole, and the one chocolate dessert. Our only disappointment was that they do not serve scallops currently at this restaurant but upon inquiring, we learned that the selection has not been as quality as they like to serve which is understandable. We hope the scallops do come back sometime as they are our favorite!

Always wanted to try this restaurant so my husband and I decided to take our son for a night out. The food came out at a responsible time, my steak was over cooked but the food was good and the drink was good as well. The waiter asked to package out left overs and when we got home half of our food was missing. We had appetizers and combination dinners as well as extra sides. When we got home we only had half of the items in our bag and we were missing a desert. Wish I knew where the rest of our food went, especially after paying close to $300 for all 3 of us. Nice restaurant but definitely bagging my own doggie bag if I ever go back.

Attentive server, nice private room atmosphere. The spicy shrimp app was delicious, as was the brussel sprouts and au gratin. I ordered my filet steak medium, because my hunch was it'd come out medium-rare (it did), my wife's seabass was tasty. Kudos to the bartender for making a delicious mojito mocktail. The seating hostess could use a little trading as to what to say/not say in front of customers (I'll leave it at that). Also recommend not having outside as an option on the reservation app, if outside wasn't allowed. My ticket even said outside, and it was disregarded.

We had the 16oz ribeye, King Salmon & shrimp, and Lobster Mac & Cheese. The steak was excellent, top three that I've had, and the Salmon and shrimp was pretty good. The lobster mac was a little disappointing. It lacked flavor and was a little heavy for my liking. The staff was very friendly and attentive. All together the experience was great and I would definitely recommend.

Thank you for asking in anticipation of your visit to the restaurant. We pride ourselves in following the safety protocols set in place by the CDC and the state of North Carolina. Our tables remain 6 feet apart, masks are worn by all service personnel, menus are disposable and extra cleaning procedures are in place between guests. You can try, many places will not do it now due to fraud and the increased cost of manually entered vs swiped or chipped cards. You can order them online though.
They do have name tags and servers names might be on your receipt
They definitely can! If you need any more space, there's a divider they can take down to combine the rooms. Just be sure to call ahead.
