I had ordered a rather large order of about 105$ worth of 5$ pizza's and such for my sons birthday party. Since I had my son who was fussy and didn't want to stay in the car I carried him in with me. The two gentlemen working offered to help and even loaded it all into my car for me. 11/10 would recommend.

Go ahead and order if you like 2-5 hour waiting times. Employees have no clue what they’re doing. They seem exhausted catching up with orders from yesterday. I’m not sure who to blame here, whether corporate or the staff. This place will almost always disappoint you.

Yes. No touch order by app, pay by app, pick up from your own heated warmer by scanning your phone.
If it really makes you upset, complain to corporate online but if that's not an option you'll need to visit with the manager that works during the daytime.
