This location has extremely fast and accurate service! Their food always tastes fresh, and they don't skimp on ingredients. Thank you for providing a delicious alternative to basic fast food in SE Wichita! 🙂

The pizza took almost 2 hours to get here which is fine on certain days but don’t tell me 30 minutes if it’s not true. When it did get here it was COLD. when I looked on the app to track where the heck the pizza was it only said it was on the way. FOR AN HOUR! I live five minutes away. When I called the store to check, I went to voice mail. That was fun. In the End of this I’d say to order from another store or pick it up yourself. A waste of $40 by the time we got it.

Placed an order at 6:22pm. Was told it would take 25 -35 minutes to be delivered. I called at 7:15pm when my order still had not been delivered and was told my order was the "next to go out" Cool.. its going to be hot and fresh right????..My pizza was delivered at 7 :40. It was cold and the cheese was hard and waxy.. We were excited to try their New York Style Pizza.. But it is just like all their other pizza's.. Don't waste your time or money. It would have been faster and more satisfying to go get Papa Murphy's.

Just like many of the reviews here, bad service, bad delivery service, the management doesn't care either lacking the cognitive ability to have a reasonable conversation, instead just repeated "you good bro?" When I was asking for information about the pizza we ordered 2 hours prior. Granted this was on Black Friday, so I understand if they got majorly behind, I wasn't even upset about the timeframe, I was just trying to inquire when the pizza might get there, but he couldn't even help with that. I'm in management myself, and it felt as though I was dealing with an upset customer, yet I was the customer. Very unprofessional, good food, but this location needs new management.
