The clerk was extremely helpful after leaving another store because I couldn't get anyone to help me. She greeted me at the door and took me directly to the product I wanted and stayed with me to explain and answer questions. I will go back to Office Depot next time directly.

After waiting for an eternity for a sales associate at Best Buy, only to be told they no longer carried the Epson printer cartridges I needed, the Best Buy associate told me to go to Office Depot, which I did. The staff at Office Depot greeted me immediately and helped me get what I needed, and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I placed order for cards from out of state for Wichita client. My mother picked up order and since I had shared proof, she didn't think to check order. When client arrived to collect order, he said text was ineligible and quality was lacking. Upon sending me pictures of actual card, it was not as indicated on proof downloaded. VERY disappointing as I hadn't done card printing previously with Office Depot.
