This place is alright. We were told our room would be ready early and when we got there it was not ready. Which is not a huge deal so we went to the restaurant to wait . Ordered a salad and shrimp cocktail that we waited over 30 minutes for, not sure why it took that long for food that doesn’t need to be cooked at a slow hour of the day. We get to our room and our luggage was lost with my brand new computer in it . I was told there was nothing in the car. After several complaints and a half hour they found it . The valet parking is a bit unnecessary, with a parking lot right across the street I’m not sure why we can’t just park ourselves there for self park and the spots closer to hotel be for those who choose to do valet . We had a room on the first floor next to the restaurant which got pretty loud at night so we had to close our balcony doors . A bit overpriced to not be able to keep those doors opened which is half the reason you choose this hotel on the ocean. Overall we probably would not return.

This hotel is just steps from the beach and the doors in my room opened up to the water with a very large balcony. The rooms were clean and the restaurant has reasonable food with an amazing view. I was a little annoyed that I had to valet park at first, but the valet service was great and it was free.

This is possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in excluding my wedding night back in 2003. Our suite was very big and immaculately clean. We stayed on the 4th floor and our room had a large private balcony with a breathtaking view of Long Island Sound. The bathroom was enormous with a very decent size shower and a separate huge bathtub. The suite also had a fireplace. You can read about the amenities on their website so I won't go on and on about it. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had zero complaints. I also highly recommend choosing The Madison Beach Hotel if you want to book an event. I was there for a fundraiser gala with one of my closest friends and everything was literally perfect. Amazing food, beautiful decor, friendly staff. You won't regret staying at this hotel, booking the ballroom for an event or both!

We had an issue with being given the wrong room and not the one we had a digital key for which we chose due to wanting to be on the top floor and with a full view. We checked in late and were given a different room with a tub drain that didn't work and I wasn't crazy about the view. The next day after seeing how unhappy we were, the staff took all of the steps needed to get us to where we wanted to be and make us happy. During check out we were given such kindness and hospitality by the desk staff, manager Matthew and Valet. We were invited back and to give them another chance, which we will gladly do. Gorgeous hotel, gorgeous location!
