Super slow even though they were fully staffed, drink was made wrong, a lemonade refresher and they forgot the lemonade.

I just placed an order and the order was messed up twice. There where people in line complaining about their orders as well I just got so annoyed I ended up leaving when I got home I tried to call and of course nobody picks up the phone. I have always ordered an iced matcha never once have I been asked by any Starbucks how much matcha do I want in it then they mixed it in with black coffee. Ask for an iced drag and drink and those weren't even correct. I understand maybe you have some new trainees in there but the amount of money that people drop at Starbucks you should at least get your orders correct.

I ordered a hazelnut hot chocolate for my mother, which she said was delicious. I am unaware of what my friend ordered, but her and I both got skim milk in our orders. I was in a hurry so I drove home and didn’t get to drink my latte until I was inside. It smelt rotten, and to be a decent person, I tried to drink it. Nope, spoiled milk. The only reason I know it was spoiled was because I had just emptied my old, two week expired milk out of my fridge. They smelt 100% the same. More staff is also needed at this store. Two workers were doing their best making drinks while another one was at the register taking orders. The final worker wasn’t doing anything. The hazelnut hot chocolate is the only thing keeping this at a steady 2 stars. I went to get the hot chocolate for my mother and she wasn’t disappointed.
