4 Stars? 4 STARS? This is the WORST Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They fail, over and over again to meet costumer demands. I ask for a medium coffee with 1 cream. THE COFFEE CAME OUT LIKE MILK! I go back and ask for another coffee, THRY ALREADY HAD IT READY (guessing it was old coffee) but the 2nd coffee CAME OUT MILKY, AGAIN. I checked the receipt to make sure and YUP! I ordered 1 cream just like in the receipt. NEVER AGAIN

This Dunkin was very bad. I wouldn’t recommend. They forgot our “bag of bacon” still charged us for it. I asked for no ice in my matcha latte, but they told me that they must add some ice. I understood their reasoning, but when i got my cup, it was almost completely full of ice, however the drink wasn’t even close to the top. They ripped me off at least an inch of no matcha! Another possible issue was that when we got our food, we checked the bag (we were in the drive through) and notice they didn’t even give us our donut. Luckily we noticed right away, and when we brought it to the workers attention, they quickly played it off, went somewhere and grabbed the donut. If we left not checking the bag, would we have even got the donut. I must add that our order was pretty big so it was hard for us to make sure we had everything, but it shouldn’t be the costumers jobs to make sure the workers don’t mess up.

They are promoting touchless paying by using the app on your phone. When ordering inside people are prompted to stand 6 feet apart using the guides on the floor and there is a barrier between the customer and cashier at checkout.

Gave us all broken straws 😔😔
