Thank goodness we finally found a full-service mechanic we can trust. Even after the warranty had expired, we had continued taking our Toyota Camry to Westbrook Toyota for service. Took it to Toyota last week for a routine service and told them we heard a funny noise coming from the car as we were driving. After examing the car, they had a diagnosis: we needed four new tires (approx $950) and a COMPLETE replacement of the ENTIRE exhaust system, as a pipe was somehow bent and impairing something else. That added up to another $2,300. We asked around, and from the high recommendations we received for Hammonasset Service Station, we took it there. Rich looked at the car right away. He said it needed TWO tires, not four, and could not find ANYTHING WRONG with the exhaust system! Thank you and hello to Hammonasset Service Station. Goodbye, Westbrook Toyota. Useful Funny Cool

Wonderful place! My wife and I are rather new to town and are so happy we found HSS. We’ve been there a few times now and are so happy with their service. We recently had gotten a quote for new rotors and tires somewhere else locally and felt it wasn’t right so we went to HSS for a quote and they saved us so much money. Douglas is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares. It’s so nice knowing that we can bring our cars to HSS and they’ll take care of us.
