Amazing people work here that’s all I will say. Don't be swayed by bad reviews. There's bad apples everywhere on earth. Better than doing nothing for the injustice you might be facing before realizing you need to speak to someone from here.. first, not the local precinct. I saw some officers being bribed and they helped me resolve it and saw me to help right away within the week. I was impressed with actually how much more professional they conduct business than most local precincts I hear about when reporting a crime. Kinda sucks if you're reporting a major crime to another criminal that just looks like a cop because he/she's simply dressed in uniform. Stay informed, people!

One of NYPD’s Peace Officers tried to run me over with her car while I was riding my bike. I took a picture of the license plate that also had a sckull sticker of the police flag next to it. I emailed the photo along with my complaint. I received calls that seemed like a game of phone tag. I don’t think internal affairs really cared. They just left voicemail messages to call them back, when I did I was told to leave another message. 🐷investigating 🐷 is never a fair deal💩🐷

So far, I've gotten no where with my complaints against an NYPD detective at the 42nd precinct in the Bronx (Detc Pluas). I've called several times over the course of 3 months and I haven't received any form of resolution. They're polite (at least the ones I've spoken to) but ineffective. This department is specifically designed to assist people with complaints against law enforcement entities in NYC, but your complaints fall on deaf ears. I wouldn't recommend reaching out to them because you won't get any satisfaction, unfortunately! They're pretty useless.

Just because an officer is forced to retire due to an injury doesent mean he can’t work later even if the job requires use of his body part or injury . He might of went to rehab it and feels good now. Mind your business and thank him for his service
I call 911 for a situación with a guy intimidating my daughter screaming at her and being violent to us because he refuse to park properly I’m front of my car. So the police told me this guy can scream and be violent that’s part of New York City that was his statement to me and refused to make a police report now my daughter is scared and no justice is served
I dont get the question call the.... call 311 they have better knowledge and the correct person for you to ask
No they cannot and if they enter premises without a warrant or consent whatever is found can be dismissed.
Yes
Call the lead Investigator on the case
Actually if you're under arrest or if they have probable cause they can or unless they got your consent. If you're vehicle is being towed then it's called an inventory check they inventory the items in your car to make sure everything in your car is accounted for so nothing goes missing.
