Police does not react to complaints about loud party. It’s not that they even took time to arrive, they would not even come to check at all. Or do anything about it. They couldn’t care less. They just close 311 complain and do NOTHING

I know that the NYPD 34 precinct gets a lot of calls. I noticed it's a pretty busy precinct although when you have time off, & you're rolling around in your NYPD vehicles you really have to start giving tickets to car's that are parked in front of fire hydrants. I live on Seaman Ave. where people park in front of the fire hydrants for hours. NYPD Officer's have passed not going to a call, & literally do nothing. Don't stop, & obviously don't care. No ticket. They just keep it moving. That's not appropriate. Please do what you know you should be doing. Traffic Enforcement gives tickets, & so do you. It's not one or the other. I obviously don't hate the NYPD 34 Precinct, but this does upset me. Please do what's right, & Stay Safe Officer's.

Officers from this precinct should go around Amsterdam ave and 190 Street back there there's a bunch of people stealing parts from the cars parked there and doing a lot of graffiti on the vehicles parked there

Even if you call they will give you alot of attitude
They work all the time, there's like 35000 police in the 5 boroughs.
Call from the location where the incident happen and wait until police officers come around and file a report... also state that there is camera at the location.. They will follow up by investigating the recording.. remember, not all cameras are working nor they are capable of recording, some camera are just for looks.. good luck
Call 311 or the police station to make a complaint or suggestions. If you want some face to face time that gives them real feedback go to the community council meetings they hold monthly. :)
There aren’t any - you cannot contact an individual cop unless you have their cell phone number.
