The pharmacy is disorganized and Understaffed. At times you can hear them complaining about their job. There's always a wait even if you call ahead. And forget about going there from a doctor's office it will be at least 45 mins.

MEAN STAFF, UNHELPFUL, RUDE. I have been using this CVS in Madison, CT for a while now. Their staff is the absolute worst. They treat you like s***! They are never willing to help me or answer my questions and WILL EVEN HANG UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF A PHONE CALL! The pharmacists have DENIED my approved prescriptions and have HUNG UP on me in the middle of phone calls! They don’t care about you. Doug is the worst by far along with the younger women. How can medical pharmacists be SO MEAN AND RUDE?? Anyone from this area will agree. Cannot wait until they are closed

Staff in pharmacy is not well versed in how to fill prescriptions and how to bill for the actual amount you receive not for a 90 day supply. This used to be one of the best pharmacies around when Lisa and Doug were there now they can't get anything correct. Been going for over 20 years might have to change!
