We could not go barefoot in room. Shower and toilet and sink all too close. Decor was old. Staff was rude told us this was the best room. TV was maybe a 32 inch. Looked as if a crime scene located there. Management gave us a $15.00 discount due to our complaints "wow" . By far the 2nd worst hotel I ever stayed at. You had to fight through the cigarette smokers outside to get to the lobby. Please don't ever stay there. Your experience will be similar.

The young lady that checked us in late in the evening was very helpful and very nice. It was a breathe of fresh air to see such a smiling face and very eager to help. The rooms were nice and at a good location.

The kids working at the front desk clearly need better training. Not enough accommodations or amenities provided for infants. I requested a pack & play which wasn't available. King room is spacious and has a jet tub, but poorly decorated. Coffee maker is dated and needs cleaning. Carpet could use a good cleaning also. Hot breakfast is great and servers very polite. Early check in time is good.
