Great place to go for a walk on the boardwalk. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants here, but plenty of good eats nearby on Campbell Street. If you're going to the beach, be prepared to walk on tons of seashells, or simply admire the waves from the many benches along the boardwalk. Also, nonresidents pay $10-20 per car, per day for a parking pass...after 3pm is $10.00.

I forgot how great this place is. Went yesterday after brunch. So calming. Great breeze. Lots of cute pups going by. That's what I live for since I can't one yet. Parking is $10 and get there before 2 pm on holidays as the lot will fill up. 😊

Good experience with nature , but beach need to cleanup, there is lot garbage which comes up with water on beach. Global warming is real. Go GREEN - USE 4R - refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle.

I had a great time with my youngest daughter, my niece, & my sister with my nephews. We arrived at around 9 in the morning. The sun was shining and the rays were strong. There was a breeze coming off the ocean which felt good considering it was 81 degrees already, but the children thought it was cold. There were no more than 5 people on the beach. The children did get their feet, knees and eventually their whole body wet. We brought our coolers with food and beverages to stay nourished and hydrated. We walked on the rocks, took a couple of photos and walked the paved sidewalk from end to end. We left around 3 pm and the beach still wasn't crowded. All in all it was a great day with family. We are planning to go back soon.

Yes.parking area i think i saw had a couple of grills when i last visited last summer and also as stated previously, there are designated areas where you are allowed to grill. Just bring your charcoal and own lighter fluid matches etc.etc.or just a light and kindling. Whatever you decide🧞♀️🧜🏾♀️🧜🏼♀️🧜🏽♀️🧜🏻♂️🧜🏾♂️🧜🏿♀️🧜🏿♂️👩🏽🌾 ♀️ ♂️🍽🌭🍖🥩
Yes
The beach is public, but there is meter parking. If you don't mind a little walk there is a vacant supermarket, and you can park free in that lot. Not much of a walk at all.
In any of the streets that are a couple blocks from there or in a square that edta next to the beach. A large majority of us parked in the parking lots of Jimmies Restaurant, supposedly it is for customers but I have already been parking there for 15 years and I have never had any problems,.,.,
A couple steps from parking lot. And there's music Saturday and Sunday
