The Hispanic male working Friday April 1 at 2:30 pm ignored my presence and take phone calls. I had patience it was empty store after all but had enough when he continued to take phone calls with his buddies. This is a perfect example as to why richilin failed as a business. The burden these kind of employees present will effect the growth of any buisness no matter the promise. I will no longer be returning here and I do not recommend anyone does.

It's a nice and clean shop. The man who attended me was very helpful and offered to put my wind shield wiper for me. I appreciated it. I will for sure go back to this store for all of my car needs. Thanks

Not a great experience at this store. Employees were charting at the back room, and they seemed less than willing to understand my issue than to move on to the next customer. This is a very competitive industry, so customer service needs to be exceptional- this is not the case here.
