Nice clean hotel. Very good with housekeeping. You notice the room is slightly dated if the AC not running but it was still great. Best were all the wonderful employees who made our stay even better than we expected although we run into a little booking issue due to the selected upgrades. They resolved it in the best way. Very happy and highly recommend because their guest services is excellent. Would be happy to return.

This Hampton Inn is really gorgeous and the people are very nice, especially the custodial workers and cleaning service personnel. The rooms have many outlets and USB ports, which is very nice. There are two elevators and wheelchair accessible accommodations in the dining area and bathrooms. The rooms do not have a proper place to hang a hand towel, but that is not a big deal. The TV does have a guide channel, unlike other recent ones, which is nice. They gave a small convenience store, but it is cheaper to go to the one next door and they were out of several essential items. I was shocked that when I asked for a bar of deodorant, having run out on our travels, that they only had one bar, for men, and were going to charge me $3.50 for this little travel size. This is the first time, Diamond member or not, that they have charged for simple sundries. They know that I am set to stay there four nights, paying a pretty penny, no nights on points. I would have thought they could spare a bar of deodorant. The breakfast was subpar, with minimal spread each day, but manageable considering a free meal. The pool has water that is green. You cannot see your limbs in it. The food is the same every morning, and our room keys and my digital key continues to stop working.

Close to the highway, so you can definitely hear the cars. You can hear some of what's happening in the next room, but next door was a crying baby and it was still bearable. The staff were super helpful and sweet. Within walking distance to a few places for food and a Walmart. I highly recommend traveling for a few minute to Wasabi if you like Japanese food 🍱🥟🥢🍜

This isn't a resort. It's a place to stay. But though it's a little worn, it's a very friendly and functional place. Room was clean. It's sited right near a bunch of useful shops, walking distance to a Dunkin' Donuts, a Wal Mart, and several restaurants. The hotel has a pool equipped with an accessibility lift, a nice touch for folks who might be frail or wheelchair-bound. The staff here really stood out. We arrived very late and jet-lagged for me to be with my dying mother. Throughout the whole visit, everyone at the hotel went out of their way to be kind and helpful. That meant more than I can say. It's not a charming place. It's not beautiful. But it's a great place to rest your head on a trip.
