I went to a immediate care for wrist pain. The immediate care took x-rays and could not determine my condition. They said if the pain doesn't get better to go to Olympia Orthopedic. So I went. I told them that I visited an immediate care provider which took x-rays. They still demanded I get x-rays from them even though I already had some from 2 days prior. This resulted in more radiation for me and more profits for them.

Don't bother wasting your time. Head straight to the ER. They aren't capable of treating you if more than 2 body parts are injured. There for 5 minutes and we were one of 2 parties sent to the ER without even seeing a provider.

I wanted to give them 5 starts because of the doctors, but words can't explain the pain of getting treated here, they constantly send you 5-10+ bills a month, never bill correctly 3x-5x copay, tell you your insurance doesn't work on your 2nd appointment when it just worked 2 days before at the first, then bill to the wrong insurance, still waiting almost a year waiting for them to bill it correctly. Had my insurance call them to try to get it right, and they still billed it to the wrong insurance. Don't waste your time calling billing they tell you it's correct and threaten to send you to collections when you ask for an explanation.

This Post is in regards to Jason Gural, PA-C: On 28FEB22, I ran across this person in a bar. He was dressed in his work attire, which included the name of the company for which he works on his shirt. He was severely intoxicated, as he expressed verbally several times. He shared his displeasure with women and transgender persons while I was there. I gave him a quick glance and exclaimed, "That is quite offensive." He opted to ignore my remark, and I elected to take the high road because it was not a debate I wanted to engage at a bar with someone who was inebriated. Through his misogynistic viewpoints, he continued to berate women and offer personal experiences about how inept women are. His message was that women in positions of power, leadership, or serving in any position above men were wrong. He then went on to express his dissatisfaction with women serving in the military [to include transgender persons]. This was particularly offensive because I just so happen to be a female officer that is a licensed provider in the Army with combat deployment experience [Again, I chose my battle]. I am not sure whether he realized I was a service member, so I can't say he was specifically targeting me; nonetheless, I sat there as he aired his other biases about women. Being in the military and being discharged from service leaves a person with principles and ethos to uphold in order to support your brother and sisters in arms, including those who have fallen. Jason has chosen to criticize and degrade ALL women! He is permitted to have his own opinions and viewpoints, in my opinion, but he lacks the skill, diversity, professionalism, and respect for the organizations by which he works and has worked in [prior military service and Olympia Orthopaedic Associates]. His lack of professionalism and demeanor make him a liability to any organization by which he works. Worst of all, he was dressed in his professional clothing, which acts as a direct reflection of Olympia Orthopaedic Associates. From the standpoint of a licensed provider, this individual must complete some type of diversity, inclusion, bias, and non-discrimination competency training. Also, if he is working on 01MAR22, I would recommend that a breathalyzer be performed on him because he may be considered an impaired provider. The only reason I'm writing this review is because I'm a provider myself, and I am concerned about the patients he treats and whether his outspoken opinion will interfere with his ability to care for them.
