The various saunas (Russian, Finnish dry sauna, and Turkish Hammam) are probably the best in the US amongst the ones I tried. Also the rooftop with the bay view is very cool. However the number of showers and pools is not sufficient for the size of this sauna. There is only one cold dip that fits a single person. Also the facility is not sanitized as well as other spas I've been to in the US

Sorry to leave you a bad review but I think it is important for management to know that things got out of hand. (if they care) Banya itself is Saltillo good. Clean towels, great steam! But guys WHAT??? happened with restaurant? First of all quality of the food is dropped so bed that now me and my friends do not even want to go there. Second, quality of service is terrible! Guys keep forgetting about orders and even after polite reminder they still keep acting like it never had been placed.

I do truly love this place, but the cafe is a total scam. I only had a pelmeni soup that was $28 and it wasn't even large or very filling. Just be prepared that all cafe totals are about 35% higher after tax + mandatory tip.

3.5 Stars. Overall solid experience and I will come back. Some notes for first timers: - this is not a high end place. It isn’t dirty, but it has areas that are old. - the facilities are super basic. The locker room isn’t very nice. - I came during the day so it was nice and quiet, weekends I hear are busy. - the dry sauna was 225 degrees hottest I’ve ever been in, impressive. - the Russian sauna rooms are really cool never seen one like it before, very big and spacious. - don’t worry about the clothing optional part just do your thing and relax - people of all shapes and sizes - restaurant food wasn’t bad, but it isn’t freshly prepared. Lots of great drink options. Groups seem to come and hang out here. Solo it was good too, was able to disconnect.

A banya pass is required to enter and use the facility and to receive any treatments. Price is $57, or $47 happy hour (noon-4 weekdays).
Both first and third Tuesdays are open from 6 pm to midnight. First Tuesday is Women's Night while Third Tuesday is Men's Night.
It is always co-ed, there is a clothing required section until 6pm and the Spa is fully clothing optional on Wednesday and Friday.
Are you sure?
Archimedes Banya reopens on May 12th at 12 noon . See you soon
Yes. Sells for $ 15
Wednesday and Friday are Clothing optional all day from noon to midnight. Other days start at 6. Not open on Tuesdays.
Not a sexual spa

Either
Yes they have been open since late May 2021
They didn't when I was there a month ago, but they for sure have an amazing eucalyptus room!

Yes, there is smoking allowed on the top most deck. The lower outdoor deck doesn't allow smoking.
There are two outdoor patios. The upper patio is clothing optional, but the lower one is not.
Yes polar plunge steam and 3 saunas and a room temp pool
You can just walk in. Right as you walk in, the front desk is to your left and staff is very accommodating. I recommend a full day pass, and a massage! Be sure to visit the restaurant/bar for a high quality meal. My personal favorite is the salmon plate with a bowl of veggie borscht and a fresh kombucha. Hope this helps 😁 cheers
