This clinic think that clients are coming from different planet. I waited for 45 minutes first and after they start taking X-rays without explaining why. I can’t believe that cleaning will take 10 min. I didn’t want to polish my teeth, I wanted a deep cleaning. No anesthesia, she just put her tool in my mouth for two minutes and then change the head for polishing. They stole the insurance money and my cleaning wasn’t done. I will never go back there and I want to report that to my insurance. Disappointed..

My grandmother had nothing but problems after getting dental work done at this clinic. The female dentist was rude according to my grandmother. She also said that the equipment looked like it wasn't all that clean, either. Bright Now Dental did corrective work and they did a good job. My grandmother wanted me to post this review in order to warn others.

Nice dental office with caring, compassionate dentists who treat their patients with empathy regarding their dental pain. I really appreciate kind dental providers.

I took my daughter here for a cleaning because they were the only dentists that had an appointment on the day we needed it AND took state insurance. I'm writing this from the treatment room because, like one other here, I'm so frustrated and disgusted with the place I want to let others know about it. We were 5 minutes late to our appointment and they started the cleaning about an hour after we got here. The air hoses in the room appear to be leaking (heard a hiss and felt air coming out), the tech is old (see a picture of the X-ray panel I included), and we didn't get any introductions to anyone. Is this the nurse? The dentist? Once we DID meet the dentist, she was very nice.

I don't work at all care. I was one of the patients, call to ask them
My root canal was $800 and the crown itself was another $800. They did a great job on it! I had insurance, but it did not cover either procedure.
