Had to sell some games a little while back when I was living in SoCal, definitely have some of the better customer service of GameStop's I've been to, but the place was a bit hectic and they only had two employees at the time. Still a more enjoyable experience than some of the GameStop's in NorCal.

Poor customer service store does not answer their phone. When asked if they could see if they had any of the item that i needed in stock they attempted to argue with me. Stating "i know what's in the back back i cant just manufacture it back there" at that point i just left dont feel the need to argue with a person who doesn't want to do their job.

Wow,this is a very small store but they have so many games and it was very well-kept they have everything you need for all of your gaming needs, they also have televisions in there, there was only one employee in there and she was very helpful and very nice and very courteous,Shop local,Buy local,Spend local. I will definitely be back again

Called them but would not pick up the phone. So we drove there. It was not busy at all. Purchase an Xbox power supply, not in stock. Employee said it will be delivered in 2 to 5 days but it may take longer. Expensive items ship faster then inexpensive ones. Literally walked out the door, my son changed his mind walked back in and they would not give me a refund. Employee said I have to call customer service which is closed. Called the store back while sitting in my car to ask a question,they would not answer the phone and no one was in the store.
