It was just ok.I say that because they only had one person working and although I appreciate the attention she was giving the customer before us, I had to wait over 25 minutes for her to finish buying games from the previous customer so I could buy a gift card.🤨 y'all need a self check out or more than one person. You can definitely do better 😏

There is always a line at gamestop. Yes they have the best selection, but if you need something quick and common just go to target next next door. I got a replacement switch controller in and out the door from target in 15 minutes. I would have in like twice as long or more in gamestop.

Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with at a GameStop, their system messed up on my transaction so the manager wouldn’t subtract the measly 25 dollars to let me be on my way. Had to wait 30 minutes and still went through with my purchase, stop hiring and promoting just anybody, make sure they have a brain please!
