I understand that most collection agencies reviews are destined to be all negative. Because who wants to have bills in collections. But, Jennifer at Renton Collections specifically is amazing. She’s very empathetic and understanding. I have been working with her on a payment plan for quite some time. The professional courtesy we have developed for each other over the past year has made it so when she calls, I answer…even if I know I can’t afford a payment right then and there. I know I can be open and honest with her, and because I make due on my promises, we developed trust, and that led to a more flexible payment plan that benefited all parties. Special thanks to Jennifer. I wish all people in customer service industry would conduct themselves they way she does. Dealing with collections are never fun… but Mr. Boyd here made things better. I got hit in a car accident. The other insurance company was supposed to take care of my medical bills. They missed one and it went to Renton Collections. For over a year I tried getting my lawyers and insurance to help cover this, with no improvements. Mr. Boyd helped me for over a year! My lawyers & the other persons insurance company were painfully slow. Thanks to Mr. Boyd’s knowledge and professionalism he helped me take care of this. While I wanted to be an irate crazy woman, he helped me keep my cool and get this paid off and deleted. I’m very thankful for his help.

I wish I can give 0. My dad does not speak any English and he is living by himself. He went to the emergency room in the past October and he only received the bill from doctor and paid it off. He. Ever received the bill from the hospital. Sandra from Renton Collection Agency called my dad, and I was at home to visit my dad, and my dad passed his phone me to answer the call. Sandra asked my dad to speak English which he does not speak at all to give permission to talk to me. She is very rude. And we never receive the bill from hospital, but Sandra insulted me and my dad that “it is unprofessional to not pay the bill.” The reality is, we never received the bill. I am trying to contact the hospital to validate the bill, and try to pay the hospital directly.
