This place was horrible. My wife got all bit up by something, there was mold all over the shower curtain, when I mentioned it to the front desk guy he said oh I'm sorry want me to move your room. At this point we were checking out in the am so we stayed in the room and took showers when we got home. The bathroom floor was sticky, the tv had dust all over it and the sheets were clearly not changed. We should have been offered at least a 50% discount. Oh and breakfast was included but waffle maker did not work, only thing that was good was the toast. Orange juice was completely watered down, everyone in the breakfast room was complaining about it.

The hotel is located close to food, gas and expressways...however this hotel is overly priced... the outside reeks of cigarette smoke...the front desk tries to over charge you. We told them we we needed 4 nights and he said he was giving us a deal..the morning of the 4th night housekeeping barged in the room saying we were supposed to check out... I said no we clearly said 4 nights so then the front desk said they had to charge us for an additional night at (get a receipt as soon as you check in to make sure you know what you're paying for).... the floors were sticky..there was trash all over the halls, the rooms are outdated. We asked for a late check out and the one guy said we could stay until 2...the next morning we get a nasty call at 1pm telling us that we better leave or we would be charged AGAIN. I will never stay here again.

The rumors are true. The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke all of the time. I suspect some employees might be smoking from within. The hallways, lobby and even my room had the smoke smell all of the time. They had a smoking area right near the entrance as well, and it was continuously occupied. The breakfast attendant wiped up a mess on the floor and then took the rag right to the counters and waffle maker. She also felt the need to handle my waffle with those dirty hands. She was very nice about it at least, but I couldn’t eat there during my week’s stay - disgusting. Parking was also tight and minimal. My keys needed reset each day. Hassle.

The people at the front desk are as unfriendly as they come. They DO NOT have hot breakfast. The breakfast area is closed all morning. So if that is the reason you chose this place,, don't bother, there is no breakfast.. My room is covered in sticky splatter all over the wall and painting on the wall. The door has handprints all over them and toilet paper stuck in the peephole which means no one ever cleaned the room. I am sure I will have more to add by the end of our stay here.
