Every single time me and my partner try to order food here as vegetarians, our refried beans are substituted with beef. This happens so often that we make sure to try and ask as politely as possible for certain items to be vegetarian, but almost every time at least one item has meat. One time a Mexican pizza had 1/4th beef and 3/4 beans. It literally seems intentional and it is so frustrating to just have to throw away food because it was not made correctly according to a dietary restriction. It is disrespectful and unfair that even when I try to call back and see if we can have our food remade, the calls are declined during business hours. With our schedules when we work late, sometimes the only option for a quick dinner on the way home is McDonald’s which only has fries for vegetarians and Taco Bell which has more options when the food is actually made right. If it was just once or twice I wouldn’t even normally leave a review, but this specific location has served us the wrong food 9/10 times we’ve been here.

The food was trash. The hard shell tacos was stale and the lettuce & meat tasted really funny. If I could give zero stars I would.

My food is entirely crushed and I can't eat it without making a mess they are open till midnight it's 8:58 thier phones are off and I requested specific things and it's like a 6 year old made my.food. Also if they are open till 1w why are they're phones off the hook before 9 ? Worst taco bell ever

Taco Bell is one of my "go to" places for drive-through eating. Consistent quality, taste and price. My favorite is the burritos because they can be reheated and are almost as good as when they are fresh making it easy to get enough for a couple of days.
