My partner and I had dinner together at the restaurant in the hotel tonight. It was delicious. The presentation was awesome The steak just melted in your mouth. The chef Ryan from Georgia is a true chef. Thank you for giving us a great dinners and breakfast. What a delight. Thank you to Tamara the assistant general manager. You made are stay very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning in September. To all your staff thank you. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name. Thank you to the housekeeping staff for cleaning our room and doing a wonderful job. Thank you to Joey and the other young hostess for making sure my omelette was just right and helping me at times with my juice. What a great team.

This was my first time staying in the Hartford, CT area. I chose to stay at a hotel close to the airport, and this hotel's location was ideal. It's right across the street from Hyatt House sort of upon a hill. The hotel itself is clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. I didn't partake in any other amenities mostly because I had an early morning flight. The only issue I had was the room. I selected a room with a balcony, which I got, but it was in a corner and I mostly saw the top of the 2nd floor and some vent fans.

Excellent hotel. I stayed there for 3 days without a car. They had a shuttle take me to the grocery store and Dunkin Donuts free of charge. They also had a Lyft car take me to the airport free of charge on the last day of my stay. The receptionists were very nice and professional. They really made my stay enjoyable. Great hotel!

Positive: I really liked the continental breakfast and how they customize your breakfast if you want them to. Negative: i think the room doors need to close a little bit softer. It is loud especially at night when people go into their rooms. I usually keep from slamming the door when I go inside because I don't know if anyone is in the room next to mine.
