Been going here all my life to learn about nature and have made so many everlasting memories here! Trails are lovely and new additions are always coming to the park.

One of my go to parks for the kids. It has so much to offer. There is a path for a peaceful long walk, a playground, and even animals you can look at ! So much fun for kids as well as adults being in nature and around animals. There is a nature center building with stuffed animal displays. I was only able to get in once a long time ago. Since that one time , it has always been closed. I am not sure why.

Northwest Park is a wonderful treasure in Windsor! There are many trails for all ages & abilities, animals, maple sugaring in the late winter, nature center, and more! Even with parts of it closed due to covid, it is a great destination for friends & family to meet up enjoy the great outdoors with healthy social distancing.

Some people let their dogs swim in the river, I don't. And dogs are allowed. Also, there is a dog fenced area where they can socialize with other dogs.
