Completely rude, worse than a waste of time. Rude to patients, rude to staff, no bedside manner at all. Worse, upset my mother-in-law significantly so we literally left in worse health than when we arrived. Additionally, took the report we were issued and showed it to another family member’s endocrinologist and it is full of flat out mistakes. So she’s not only rude, she’s dangerous. Do not go here. Your organs will thank you. Several patients were talking about contacting the medical board— This mean old witch needs to hang ‘em up.

I have only had 2 visits with Dr Scumpia but I am frankly very confused. I didn't find her or her staff to be rude at all. I joke with the front desk all the time, and the Dr is very straight and to the point. Getting all the lab work in the same spot is pretty convenient and she has already been able to provide answers that 4 others couldn't due to all the tests people keep claiming are unnecessary. I am curious how the hell can someone be diagnosed without testing? I may be naïve here but I would like to know what makes a good dr in someone others opinion? no testing? If you are able to find out what is wrong by all means test away. I am leaving 5 stars because every experience i have had at the office and with the Dr has been 100% positive. In the event something different happens I reserve the right to change my opinion but all I see now is good work and a longing by the Dr to actually fix issues, and that is what I am here for.

Run as fast as you can. Completely interested in working over your insurance company with all these unnecessary scans. Saw this Doctor for years and was put on all sorts of meds and all sorts of scans that just didn't make sense. I have recently moved away and seeked new medical attention and low and behold on less meds and no unnecessary scans needed. Be very cautious, Office staff seems incompetent & Dr S is extremely Rude.

I had my first visit with Dr. Scumpia today for thyroid issues. I found Dr. Scumpia and her staff to be professional, pleasant and clear. I saw no evidence of any of the things reported on other reviews. I have two friends who highly recommended Dr. Scumpia to me, and I feel that I am in competent and capable hands.
