Positive: The King Suite was fantastic. The amenities were wonderful. It was the best hotel we have stayed in for the best couple of years! Negative: The only issue was the air conditioner was loud, kicking on repeatedly but the hotel was well worth the stay!

The stay was horrible the staff didn’t wanna change sheets on bed with 2/4days I stay I paid almost 525-550 for those days kids couldn’t get in pool at all it’s was a racism thing all white ppl was in the pool the staff was railroading all black customers every time you attempt too do something the staff was right there beside them begin there when you need clean sheets . Towels . Rags . Blankets . Ect breakfast wrong hours of the morning food half way cooked . Door keys wasn’t program correctly . Room had dirty dishes in the kitchen . Bathroom had hair off over the place another Customer belongs with in the room hotel stays was the worst I wouldn’t stay here ever again

I had the worse experience. I rented a room to have birthday cake with my 4yr old granddaughter. When I walked in with my cake I was stopped by the manager, she said I could only have 4 people in my room which wasn't a problem, she continues on to say she's going to call the police if I have more than 4 guest. She never game me the opportunity before being extremely rude. She was so disrespectful & unprofessional that I no longer felt welcome. I got a refund, went across the street to the Hilton Garden Inn. They were very nice & professional. The manager from the Hyatt house went the extra mile to call the Hilton & asked them not to rent me a room. They were very shocked she did that. I enjoyed my stay. No issues at all.im still in shock on the treatment I received at the Hyatt House

Very nice hotel and staff. Check in was easy and the room was thoroughly cleaned prior to check in. There is a refrigerator, small range and microwave but they were limited on the cooking pots and utensils. Bed was very comfortable. The only concern that I had was the scent of Marijuana right as you walk in as people seem to smoke around the front door. Apparently Connecticut is approved for recreational use. Other than that this is a great hotel in a quiet location.
