What command provides ID card renewals and do we need an appointment or s it walk in?

Not sure the command for ID cards. Yes,you will need an appointment as they will need to let you into the building. If anyone comes to the door,they will ask you to present your ID card to access the building.

I am a retired military dependent and need to renew my ID/DEERS card. Where and when can I find a location to do so? Thank you.

You would need to contact the DEERS office on JBLM to renew your ID.
