We stayed here thru Airbnb. It was the cheapest rate and we loved the location. The grounds is peaceful. They have camp grills with a couple patios furnished with tables and chairs. The playground was under renovation so we didn't get to enjoy it. The breakfasts were healthy and nutritious. On the go breakfast! It is clean and has a coin operated laundry facility. Bring your own soap!

The Lodge is very clean, the staff are superb (especially Judith), and the area is quiet and calming. If I need to stay in any military hotel/lodging while I'm in the Everett area, this is the best place!

I stayed at the Navy Lodge Everett, in Marysville, with my wife and child for a month while we searched for a new home, because we came from overseas. I'd like to start by saying that the facilities are fine. The rooms are decent for the price and you can cook in the rooms. That said, the staff are very passive aggressive and in the case of the manager, just plain aggressive. The older female room cleaning staff had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from Navy lodge staff. I've been active duty for over 10 years and stayed at many navy lodges and with the exception of the navy lodge in San Diego, this was easily the worst experience I've ever had. Repeatedly the room cleaning staff would leave notes by the range informing us that cleaning there was our responsibility every day for 2 weeks until I placed the sign out of a shorter person's reach. I felt really insulted when they left an unsolicited bottle of stove top cleaning solution in my room on the range. Furthermore, for about a week, the room cleaning staff would not leave hotel size shampoos/conditioners in the room until I specifically asked for it at which point she got very angry with me, but did her job. Asking whether or not I'd received any mail, or for documents to be printed, or anything from management routinely incited her wrath. It was so bad that my wife didn't trust them not to steal from us. I'm not trying to say every staff member was bad, I liked a few of them, but mostly my family experienced a toxic environment of overly agitated paid employees directed at uniformed active duty military members and their families. I guess what I'm saying is that next time, I'll take my chances with the NGIS.
