Alot of people seem to have had problems. I have used this post office alot and have always had great service. At night people seem to trash the place. I wish people realize they can use the garbage can and not just throw stuff on the floor. Postal carriers work with thousands of people a day and all yall do is complain to them. Give these guys some grace and patience. My only gripe is that I noticed pieces are kind of never the same. It seems like rates go up all the time.

Drop my package in the after hours parcel slot for next day delivery and they failed to scan my package stated "lack of man power" . Now I have no way to track my package and it's been two weeks smh. If only the service was as nice as the building

Lost my package, and they are the only one that knew my name and sign for me lol. Why would you want a prescription contact lens usps worker? Like literally it’s the same writing for address and name, since they didn’t have my full name they wrote something blurry. Delivered to front office they said, there isn’t any office in our community. If you mail your item here expect to get stolen

nice people and friendly, but i'm not sure if someone is stealing from this location on the back end.... lost 2 packages 1 time scanned another dropped into there drop box after hours. they didnt do anything about the scanned one as it never updated over 3 months....luckily got the company to refund me though. Not sure what extra insurance even does if you paid extra for it and it's magically gone....never was offered a credit or anything. Usually comes with $50 standard....

Approach your mail carrier directly. Speak to your personal postal carrier or the local post office about the problem and ask that they please stop previous resident's mail that arrives in your mailbox. Give your mail carrier some of the mail you have written "Return to Sender" on. This may be more effective then simply writing a note on the piece of mail. Speaking with your mail carrier in person may encourage them to look into the matter and check and see if a change of address has been filed. When you go to the post office, ask to speak to the station manager and tell them your problem.
