I have been a patient for over 20 years and have seen multiple drs and NP. I never missed a single year of appts etc back in early 2000 when we lived out of the area for a while. In April 2022 I had an appt with a NP that I see often. I received a letter shortly before the appointment indicating my appt was canceled, she was no longer with the practice and to call and schedule a new appt. When I called I was I was no longer a patient. I explained how long I had been there and that I’ve seen many drs. I was rudely told that they only saw one and I am considered new. When I tried to escalate, she informed me they have not manager. I received a call back offering me an appointment in the fall of 2023. 18 months out!! I was not given the option for. Prescription refills, my files or anything and when I find a new Dr they indicated I have to pay for my files to be sent and there is no guarantee on how long it will be. Absolutely terrible. Stay away.

I had an appt today at 3pm, drove 40 minutes to get there (under estimating some buses) and walked in at 309 (they have a 10 minute window). By the time I was done checking in at the computer and scanning my license and insurance card, the computer read 311. They said the doctor would not see me for being 30 seconds outside of the window. They showed no compassion or empathy. I’ll never go back.

Worst Place I was trying booking appointment for my wife from last 1 month unable to book routine appointment, sent multiple voice mail no reply.... very disappointed.

They completely cut my wife off from being a patient after going there for over 15 years. No excuse really given other than we haven’t been there within two years. We had a pandemic this place is terrible. 0 stars
