They didn't allow me to have a do not disturb sign an would walk in when I was sleeping once I left, I for got some really important cards an paperwork an they threw it out the hotel sucks🤷🏽‍♀️🙄

Positive: Room was dirty. Smelled musty. Microwave was rusty. Coffe pot was dirty. Sheets and towels were clean. It was advertised to get complimentary breakfast. They handed me a childs juice box and a small brown bag with childs snacks inside. No pool either Negative: There was to be a pool available. This was a horrible experience. There were drug addicts in some of the other rooms and in the parking area. I was afraid to go outside at night.

Although the front desk staff was pleasant very accommodating, the motel is in terrible physical shape. Basic maintenance and repairs have been sorely neglected. Also, the room was very dirty. Other than clean towels, bed sheets, and empty trash cans, not much else had been cleaned.

Place worked for us. Def hot water and place is convenient to restaurants, especially if you're attending a concert at the Palace. Thanks - DTM DanTheMan **** I would like to add/suggest, to please make sure you clean the "filters" on the heat/ac unit. I do so, no matter what, upon entering the room. I spray lysol on the filters, then run HOT water in the tub, then rinse to clean them, ... especially since #344 is a smoking room, which we didnt smoke in it. We smoked outside.
