I had been here before a few years ago And the place was busy and somewhat updated. I noticed they did update the bathrooms, but they didn't offer the free breakfast because of covid, even though it was advertised when I booked the room. If I'd known I would have found someplace cheaper. The least they could do was offer vouchers for a local place to eat since I noticed the room price was $20 cheaper than when I booked it. The bed was too soft for my taste and hurt my back. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced and paved, too many potholes.

We do not recommend this hotel. We booked based on the reviews, pricing, and free breakfast. However when we arrived there was a sign saying the kitchen was closed and no breakfast available. Then we were notified the TV had no signal. The room was not very clean (dust covered vents, dirty trash cans, stained carpets) and needed a few repairs (broken door stop and closet was missing a handle). Plus in the morning we found a water bug/cockroach in the bathroom. Overall our stay was a disappointing and lacked good customer service.

Stay far away from this place! We booked a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi tub for our wedding night. We live close by but decided to pay $159 just so we could spend some time in the jacuzzi and enjoy our special night. When we arrived, we checked in and were given the keys to our room. After moving the vehicle and carrying our things to the room, we discovered that it had 2 queen beds and no jacuzzi. We assumed that there was a mix up so we both went back down to the front desk and explained the situation. We found out that they had given our room to someone else and they expected that we would be okay with the downgraded room (without mentioning this when we first checked in or offering a discounted rate). Not only this, but no other rooms with a jacuzzi were available, even though the reservation clearly stated that we were "guaranteed" our room. Clearly this hotel doesn't care and overbooks! My bride and I were looking forward to spending some time together as a newly married couple but with our night now ruined, she began to cry and was understandably upset. The front desk clerk spoke with a manager and they determined that there was nothing that they could do. So after wasting most of the night trying to sort this out, we left and spent the night at home instead. As I was leaving, they said that a manager would contact me regarding this situation and attempt to offer some type of restitution but it's been 6 days and no one has contacted me.

Conveniently off of 76/70, friendly staff. Breakfast is hot, made to order omelets, waffles and other hot options included in your stay. Rooms were clean though older and a little worn. Mattresses are soft which is not my preference though some like that. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

My guess is you would have to talk to the front desk and ask them who does the booking for bands to play in the Prospect Lounge. I'd even check with the Prospect Lounge maybe they could even help you.
You need to go to booking.com ot trivago
The dining room is open before the show and I would recommend contacting the Ramada for the current menu and ask about any evening specials.
Call them. It will be months before they see your questions
