Terrible shop. Ghosted me when I had issues. Among other things, they left the fuel lines of the regulator unfastened, which popped off during a drive and sprayed gasoline all over the engine bay. Have a complaint with them on the bbb and they still wouldnt respond.

best place to take subaru in northwest!.. they are honest! they are great in pricing and they dont mess up. Im glad to say i take my car to PIA. thank you guys for giving us customers the best service

Had my speedometer randomly die on my 2005 STI. Got a p0502 code and decided the most likely problem was a faulty speed sensor. Replaced it and the speedometer still wasn't working. I dug around looking through evidence of lose wires or chaffing but couldn't find anything. Dropped the car off at PIA and they found the problem under an hour. Turned out a wire was tapped into the speed sensor wire that goes to the ECU. That wire apparently grounded out causing the speedometer to die. Freaking amazing job finding the problem so quick. Awesome import shop guys! Keep up the great work!

This was THE ONLY place I ever brought my WRX to for maintenance, mod installations, etc. Andrew is very easy to work with and has an abundance of Subaru knowledge, I really felt like my car was in good hands there. Since my last oil change at PIA, I've moved back to the Bay Area, but should I ever return, I know who I'll be bringing my Subaru to. I'll miss them a lot!
