I tried to get a lift on my Tacoma with one of their “accessories department” associates. It just disappointing to not be able to even get ahold of this place to see if the parts ever came in. I went beyond my way after not getting any calls back to stop by and no luck with the gentleman there. I ended up going with another Toyota dealer for my Trd Pro lift and wheels. This review is exclusively on the fact that I couldn’t even get my job scheduled.

Recall update stability. Day of service I was told it would take 90 minutes service checkin asked if I'd like my vehicle washed I said yes. After an hour the service person said my vehicle was ready and waiting.

I've serviced my vehicles at Titus Will Toyota for 10 years. Their level of service is unmatched! Service members are nice, thorough and I have never felt like I was getting swindled. There was an occasion I couldn't get to them right away, went somewhere else and was hesitant about the estimate. Held off until I could get to TW and found out I didn't need anything indicated on the estimate! TW customer for life!

We DO service all makes and models, and an appointment will be required for complex services, even if they are routine.
