As much as I trust the brand name, this specific branch of the hotel made me highly unhappy with their services. The staff didn't bother to come and attend our cleaning call for a minimum of 1 hour and adding onto that was my unattended request for toiletries. The customer services can definitely get better than what they are at the moment!

Positive: I have stayed here before. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast leaves much to be desired though unless you are good with just a muffin or bagel. But I am sure the pandemic has aa lot to do with it.

Positive: Location Negative: Booked room online. Thought everything was good to go, traveled from Virginia, and got there around midnight. Manager informed me they did not have any clean rooms available, and had to cancel the reservation. Was not apologetic or sympathetic.

NO POOL. The only reason I booked this place was to have a mid-way road trip stop with a pool (we have kids). Google says it has a pool and the pictures show a pool. However, at some point, what was once one hotel was been split into two, and the Holiday Inn did not get/keep access to the pool. Also, parking was a joke. You have to park in a garage, and walk through the second hotel and a long hallway, before getting to the reception desk (and they had one visible luggage cart). The sink drain wouldn't drain and the bathroom had a few areas of cracked/discolored drywall - didn't bother trying to shower. I would find somewhere else.

It is more than a mile, but there is significant traffic and not the greatest pedestrian access, so best to take a taxi. There is a taxi stand with plenty of taxis right outside train station. About a $10-$15 taxi ride from train to that that holiday inn.
