Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The lobby and ballrooms were nice. There were a few drawbacks: the staff, while nice, was overwhelmed. We tried calling multiple times from the garage to be let in and no one picked up, and the front desk staff was often on two phones simultaneously. Second, the room safe didn't work in our room plus multiple other rooms in our group. Third, the hallway carpets could also be cleaner.

THE STAY WAS TERRIBLE! THE FOOD WAS INEDIBLE! I BOOKED MY ROOM 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND IT TOOK THEM 5 HOURS TO PREPARE THE ROOM AFTER MY ARRIVAL. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE A MANAGEMENT CLASS. I WENT INTO AN ELEVATOR AND IT TOOK ME INTO ANOTHER BUILDING! I WAS HERE ON UN BUSINESS AND THEY SINGLE HANDEDLY ENABLED UKRAINE TO COMMIT WARCRIMES.

I don't think the Hotel itself is actually a specific Kashrus. It is just set up for a Kosher caterer to come in very easily.
Find out from hotel staff if there is Jewish program
I think the hotel was great. Had great stay.
Also only went for an event. Call them up and inquire that way.
No only when they have an event u can sometimes being your own food u need to call and ask for kosher reservations
